AlCl3协同淀粉包覆层数对OCC纸浆纤维性能的影响

         

摘要

Based on layer-by-layer self-assembly technique, the effect of layer number of starch on the starch adsorption of the fiber, Zeta potential and paper performance were discussed by cladding OCC pulp with the cationic/anionic starch cooperated with AlCl3. The experimental results show that when the dosage of starch each time is 7mg/g fiber, the pulp concentration 5.0%, AlCl3 concentration 108mmol/L, the each adsorption time 10min and pH 5.0, through eight layers starch cladding OCC pulp, the starch adsorption on OCC fiber surface is 35.28 mg/g fiber and its Zeta potential is-6.54mV. With the increasing layer number of starch, tensile index, burst index and ring crush index of paper tend towards increasing while tearing index first improves and then decreases. It can be seen that the degree of coarseness for the OCC pulp fiber adsorbing three-layer starch cooperated with AlCl3 is larger than the OCC pulp fiber only adsorbing three-layer starch by SEM.%  基于多层自组装技术,通过Al Cl3协同阴/阳离子淀粉多层交替包覆OCC纸浆纤维,从而探讨AlCl3协同淀粉包覆OCC纸浆纤维的层数对淀粉吸附量、纸浆Zeta电位和成纸性能的影响.结果表明:当每次淀粉用量为7mg/g纤维,纸浆浓度为5.0%,在AlCl3的浓度为108mmol/L,每次吸附时间为10min,pH为5.0时,阴/阳离子淀粉八次交替包覆OCC纸浆纤维表面的淀粉吸附量为35.28mg/g纤维,纸浆Zeta电位为-6.54mV.随着淀粉包覆OCC纸浆纤维的层数增加,OCC纸浆纤维成纸的抗张指数、耐破指数及环压指数均呈上升趋势,而撕裂指数先增加后降低.Al Cl3协同阴/阳离子淀粉多层交替包覆OCC纸浆纤维产物的扫描电镜(SEM)表征:AlCl3协同阴/阳离子淀粉三层包覆OCC纸浆纤维表面的淀粉复合膜粗糙程度高于三层淀粉直接包覆OCC纸浆纤维表面的复合膜粗糙程度.
