近些年随着造纸行业的产能集中，污水治理技术也逐渐成熟，碱回收工段内的电厂、锅炉以及水泥窑等排放的尾气，尤其是涉及燃煤的烟气治理问题逐渐成为新课题，控制氮氧化物更是势在必行。国家环境保护“十二五”规划中将氮氧化物纳入总量控制指标体系，加大对二氧化氮减排力度，改善大气环境质量。目前对氮氧化物的控制尚处于试点和起步阶段，国家政策的重点是固定源如发电厂、工业锅炉、水泥窑等烟气脱硝治理。针对目前应用较广泛的烟气脱硝技术SCR、SNCR和SNCR-SCR联合脱硝法，着重介绍了SCR脱硝技术。%In recent years, with the concentration of productivity in pulp and paper industry, technology of sewage treatment has been getting mature gradually, meanwhile off-gas emission from boilers in power plant of alkali recovery and cement kiln, especially the lfue gas treatment related to coal-ifred has becomes a new subject to study, nitrogen oxides has become imperative to be controlled. According to the plan of national environment protection in 12th Five-year Plan (2011-2015) period, nitrogen oxides content has been included in control system to reduce the emission of nitrogen dioxide and improve the quality of atmospheric environment. Furthermore, nitrogen oxides control is still at the phases of test and starting-up in present, the key point of national policy will be based on lfue gas denitrification of regular sources, such as power plant, industrial boilers, cement kiln, etc. Aiming at the fuel gas denitriifcation technologies widely used at present, such as SCR, SNCR and SNCR-SCR combined technologies, in this article was focused on the introduction of SCR denitriifcation technology.
