纸用封闭型水性聚氨酯制备过程中的影响因素

摘要

介绍了封闭型水性聚氨酯在制备过程中的影响因素，主要包括原料的影响、聚氨酯预聚体合成过程中的影响和封闭、解封过程中的影响。其中着重研究了溶剂的选择、反应温度、促进剂的选择、投料方式、pH值、封闭时间等对封闭效果的影响。%In this paper, the effecting factors that the synthesis of the blocked waterborne polyurethane were investigated. The results show that the effects of the materials, the synthesis process of polyurethane and the blocked-unblocked process of polyurethane were included in the affecting factors. In addition, the mainly factors were measured in the blocking reaction, such as the selection of solvent, the temperature, the selection of accelerant, the feeding mode, the value of pH and the blocking time etc.
