中性内切纤维素酶NL11用于混合办公废纸脱墨生产试验

摘要

NeutralEndoglucanasesNL11 was used to substitute chemical deinking agents for deinking of MOW. Deinking pilot test was carried out continuously for 8000kg of mix ofifce waste (MOW) paper, and the deinked pulp was used to produce paperboard of 250g/m2 as under layer. Compared to chemical deinking, the COD of deinking eflfuent decreased by 11.5mg/l per ton paperboard, and deinking cost decreased by 2.07 yuan per ton paperboard. At the meantime, NL11 did not change the brightness of deinked pulp and the strength of paperboard.%中性内切纤维素酶NL11代替化学脱墨剂用于混合办公废纸生产性脱墨试验，脱墨浆作为250g/m2灰底白纸板衬浆使用。与化学法脱墨相比，酶法脱墨在保证浆料外观质量和强度性能的基础上，每吨成品纸板脱墨废水的COD降低了11.5mg/l，脱墨成本降低2.07元。
