造纸污泥机械脱水方法及应用

         

摘要

There is an urgent demand on updating the sludge handling technology, ever since “The Action Plan for Prevention and Treatment of Water Pollution” formally published by the State Council on April 16, 2015. To increase the dryness will reduce sludge volume efficiently, which is the most economical and efficient way to reduce sludge, also the key step of sludge final treatment. But now, the dryness of dewatered sludge can reach 20% to 40% only with lots of treating technologies, which is dififcult to follow up with the developing trend of low carbon emission environment protection. Therefore, high dryness dewatering is an urgent task to be solved in effluent treatment. In this article was mainly described the features of papermaking sludge, disposal process, and main equipment configurations relative to high consistency mechanical dewatering.%自2015年4月16日国务院《水污染防治行动计划》即“水十条”正式颁布以来,国家对污泥处置有了更高的要求,污泥处理技术的升级迫在眉睫。进一步提高污泥脱水干度能有效地降低污泥体积,既是污泥减量化最为经济有效的方法,也是污泥最终处置必不可少的重要环节,现许多污水处理工艺的污泥脱水干度为20%~40%,很难适应低碳环保的发展形势。因此,对污泥的高干度脱水处理是目前污水处理迫切需要解决的重要课题。本文主要针对造纸污泥论述了造纸污泥的特点、生产工艺及高干度机械脱水的主要配套设备。
