目的：观察盐酸戊乙奎醚对急性腹痛患者的治疗效果。方法选择2011年12月~2012年12月在本院急诊入院的以急性腹痛为主要症状的患者112例，对照组56例，治疗组56例，观察用药后的效果。结果对照组56例，有效35例，无效21例；治疗组56例，有效46例，无效10例。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗急性腹痛疗效确切，副作用少，值得推广。%Objective To observe the curative effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride on patients with acute abdominal pain . Methods 112 patients with acute abdominal pain as the main symptom admitted in the emergency department of our hospital, 56 cases were divided in the control group, other 56 cases were divided in the treatment group . Results 35 cases were effective in the control group 56 cases and 21 cases were invalid;46 cases were effective in treatment group and 10 cases were invalid. Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride is effective in treating acute abdominal pain and has less side effect. Penehyclidine hydrochloride is worth promoting.
