痰热清注射液与头孢曲松钠联合应用治疗急性肺炎的疗效

摘要

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Tanreqing injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of acute pneumonia.Methods A total of 78 diagnosed acute pneumonia patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received ceftriaxone sodium for treatment, and the observation group was treated by Tanreqing injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance times of cough, sputum, fever and rales in the observation group were all shorter than the control group. Its clinical effect was also better than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment by Tanreqing injection and ceftriaxone sodium for acute pneumonia has precise clinical effect, and it is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.%目的：探讨痰热清注射液与头孢曲松钠联合应用治疗急性肺炎的疗效。方法78例确诊为急性肺炎患者被随机分为观察组和对照组，每组39例，对照组患者给予头孢曲松钠治疗，观察组患者给予痰热清注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组患者的咳嗽、咳痰、发热及啰音消失时间均少于对照组患者，且临床疗效也显著优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗急性肺炎的疗效确切，值得临床进一步推广使用。
