Objective To explore the effect observation of pain nursing intervention in relieving postoperative pain of orthopaedic surgery. Methods A total of 80 orthopaedic patients undergone surgical treatment were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional analgesic method after orthopaedic surgery. The intervention group received additional pain nursing intervention. Visual analogue scale (VAS) scores were used to assess the pain degree of patients in the two groups. Results The results of VAS scores showed that there was statistically significant difference of the pain degree between the control group and the intervention group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of pain nursing intervention can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients after orthopaedic surgery.%目的：探讨疼痛护理干预对缓解骨科患者术后疼痛的效果观察。方法进行手术治疗的80例骨科患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和干预组，各40例。对照组仅给予骨科术后常规止痛方法。干预组在此基础上实施疼痛护理干预。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分对两组患者的疼痛程度进行效果评价。结果根据VAS评分分级，对照组和干预组的疼痛情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨科术后患者采用疼痛护理干预，可有效地缓解其疼痛程度。
