胆囊癌的CT诊断分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical singificance of CT for gallbladder carcinoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the CT imaging data of 42 gallbladder carcinoma patients, who were diagnosed by surgery and (or) biopsy. Results There were 8 cases with gallbladder soft tissue mass, 10 cases with gallbladder wall localized or diffuse irregular thickness, 13 cases with invaded surrounding tissues of soft tissue tumors in gallbladder fossa, and 11 cases with invaded surrounding tissues and metastasis of gallbladder fossa tumors. Conclusion CT is the main method in clinical diagnosis of different types of gallbladder carcinoma, and also is one of the feasible methods of assessing the stage and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.%目的：探讨CT对胆囊癌的临床诊断意义。方法回顾性分析42例经手术和(或)病理活检证实胆囊癌患者的临床及CT影像学资料。结果其中胆囊腔内软组织肿块8例；胆囊壁局限或弥漫性不规则增厚10例；胆囊窝部软组织肿块侵及周围组织13例；胆囊窝肿块侵及周围组织及有远近转移11例。结论 CT是临床上诊断各型胆囊癌的主要手段，同时是胆囊癌分期及评估预后的可靠方法之一。
