彩色M型多普勒超声评价高血压患者左心室舒张功能的价值

摘要

Objective To investigate whether M type color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in the assessment of left ventricular diastolic function in patients with high blood pressure is affected by age or not and its value. Methods Selected 60 patients with primary hypertension as observation group, 40 cases of healthy volunteers as control group, chose apical four chamber view, interior blood flow velocity(Vp) and mitral valve flow spectrum peak E, A, E/A ratio, and pulmonary vein blood flow spectrum S wave, D wave, PVa wave of the observation group and control group at different ages were measured.Results Compared with healthy people, all ages of patients with high blood pressure Vp value decreased, differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and mitral E/A ratio and pulmonary vein blood flow spectrum could change with age, hypertension patients compared with healthy people, there was no significant difference between the two, namely(P>0.05).Conclusion M type color doppler flow imaging in measuring early diastolic ventricular flow propagation measurement is not affected by age, cardiac load, in the aspect of assessment of left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertension has higher clinical value.%目的：探讨彩色M型多普勒超声在评价高血压患者左心室舒张功能时是否受年龄影响及其价值。方法原发性高血压患者60例为观察组，并选取健康志愿者40例为对照组，选择心尖四心腔切面，对不同年龄段观察组及对照组的左室内血流传播速度(Vp)以及二尖瓣血流频谱E峰、A峰、E/A比值及肺静脉血流频谱S波、D波、PVa波进行测量。结果与健康人群相比，各年龄段高血压患者的Vp值有所下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，而二尖瓣E/A比值及肺静脉血流频谱均可随年龄变化而变化，高血压患者与健康人群相比，二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩色M型多普勒超声对舒张早期左室内血流传播速度进行测量，不受年龄、心脏负荷的影响，在评价高血压患者左室舒张功能方面具有较高的临床价值。
