Objective To explore effect of early nursing intervention on urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid operation. Methods Divided 172 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients into two groups, intervention group (85 cases), control group (87 cases). The control group using conventional methods of care, intervention group on the basis of routine nursing for early nursing intervention by charge nurse. Results Postoperative 6~8 h, number of urinary retention and patients required catheterization in intervention group was less than control group (P<0.05), induced voiding success rate was significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Early nursing intervention for mixed hemorrhoid surgery patients can effectively improve the success rate of urination, reduce the number of catheterization and suffering of patients.%目的：探讨早期护理干预对混合痔术后尿潴留的影响。方法将172例混合痔患者随机分为两组,干预组85例,对照组87例。对照组采用常规护理方法,干预组在常规护理的基础上,由主管护士进行早期护理干预。结果干预组患者术后6~8 h出现尿潴留例数(12例)、需导尿例数(10例)低于对照组(36例,25例)(P<0.05),诱导排尿成功率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对混合痔手术患者进行早期护理干预,可有效提高排尿成功率,降低导尿人数,减少患者的痛苦。
