激光泪道成形术联合环形泪道内置管治疗泪道阻塞的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effect of laser lacryocystoplasty combined with annular tear-tubes implanted lacrimal duct for obstruction of lacrimal passage. Methods 112 cases (128 eyes) with obstruction of lacrimal passage were treated by means of Nd:YAG laser lacryocystoplasty combined with annular tear-tubes implanted lacrimal duct. Results Postoperative follow-up time were 6~36 months, of which 100 cured,accounted for 78.1%; 15 improvement, accounted for 11.7%,the total effective rate was 89.8%; 13 failed, accounted for 10.2%. Conclusion Laser lacryocystoplasty combined with annular tear-tubes implanted lacrimal duct is effective for treatment of obstruction of lacrimal passage and has few complications, and is simply operation, it is worth promoting.%目的：分析总结激光泪道成形术联合环形泪道内置管治疗泪道阻塞的疗效。方法对112例(128只眼)泪道阻塞患者施行Nd：YAG激光泪道成形术联合环形泪道内置入泪道引流管治疗。结果术后随访6~36个月，治愈100只眼，占78.1%；好转15只眼，占11.7%；总有效率89.8%。无效13只眼，占10.2%。结论激光泪道成形术联合环形泪道内置管治疗泪道阻塞疗效肯定、并发症少，值得推广。
