颞下颌关节骨关节炎治疗方法的临床疗效对照分析

摘要

目的 探讨不同颞下颌关节骨关节炎(TMJOA)治疗方法的临床疗效.方法 90例TMJOA患者, 根据治疗方法不同将其分为超短波组(行超短波治疗)、口服药物组(口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合双氯芬酸钠药物治疗)及关节腔注射组(关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗), 各30例.观察对比三组的临床疗效.结果 关节腔注射组治疗总有效率90.00%显著高于超短波组63.33%及口服药物组66.67% (P<0.05).结论 相较于单纯的超短波及口服药物治疗, 关节腔内注入透明质酸钠可以有效改善TMJOA患者的疼痛症状及关节功能, 稳定性佳, 适于临床应用.%To investigate clinical effects of treatment methods for temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis (TMJOA).Methods A total of 90 TMJOA patients were divided by different treatment methods into ultrashort wave group (ultrashort wave treatment), oral drug group (oral administration of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with diclofenac sodium for treatment), and articular injection group (intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for treatment), and each group contained 30 cases. Curative effects of the three groups were observed and compared.Results The articular injection group had obviously higher total effective rate as 90.00% than 63.33% of the ultrashort wave group and 66.67% of the oral drug group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing with single ultrashort wave and oral drug treatment, intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can effectively improve pain symptom and joint function in TMJOA patients with good stability. This method is worthy of clinical application.
