健康教育在急性胰腺炎护理干预中的作用分析

             

摘要

目的:探讨健康教育在急性胰腺炎护理中的干预效果。方法60例急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。两组均给予常规护理,观察组同时给予健康教育。观察两组患者对疾病知识的掌握情况,比较两组患者的遵医行为。结果观察组疾病知识掌握和基本掌握所占比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组合理饮食、戒烟戒酒、定期检查、生活规律所占比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育有助于提高急性胰腺炎患者对疾病的认知程度,提高其遵医行为,护理效果显著。%Objective To investigate the intervention effect of health education in nursing intervention for acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 60 acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional nursing, and the observation group received health education at the same time. Grasping of disease knowledge and compliance behavior of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The observation group had higher proportion of knowledge grasping and basic grasping than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group also had higher proportion of reasonable diet, abstain from tobacco and drink, regular examination, regular life than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education is helpful for improving cognition of disease and compliance behavior in acute pancreatitis patients with remarkable nursing effect.
