我院34例内科急腹症误诊分析

these patients were diagnosed as 10 cases with anaphylactoid purpura, 9 cases with acute heart failure, 7 cases with diabetic ketoacidosis, 5 cases with acute leukemia, and 3 cases with systemic lupus erythematosus. Conclusion Inquiry of medical history and physical examination are necessary for patients with acute abdomen, and the accuracy rate of diagnosis can be improved by completing related examination.%目的：分析本院内科临床急腹症的误诊原因，提高急腹症诊断的准确率。方法回顾性分析34例以急性腹痛为主要表现的急腹症患者的临床资料，对误诊原因进行归纳总结。结果本组34例均以腹痛为主诉就诊，其中被误诊为急性胃肠炎10例、急性胃炎8例、急性阑尾炎7例、急性胆囊炎5例、肠梗阻3例、急性胰腺炎1例，经完善相关检查后本组患者分别被明确诊断为过敏性紫癜10例、急性心力衰竭9例、糖尿病酮症酸中毒7例、急性白血病5例、系统性红斑狼疮3例。结论针对急腹症要注意询问病史与查体，完善相关检查以增加诊断的准确率。
