内镜下黏膜切除术治疗大肠广基息肉的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of sessile colorectal polyps. Methods There were 68 patients with sessile colorectal polyps treated by endoscopic mucosal resection, and their curative effects and follow-up situation were analyzed. Results All of the 68 cases received successful one-time resection for sessile colorectal polyps. There were 5 cases with a small amount of intraoperative bleeding and 2 cases with postoperative tardive bleeding, and they received hemostasis by electrocoagulation and titanium clip occlusion. No adverse complications, such as perforation, were found. Postoperative follow-up in 3, 6, 12 months by colonoscope reexamination showed no relapse of polyps. Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal resection can be applied in the treatment of sessile colorectal polyps with precise effect and simple and safe operation. It can also provide complete pathological specimen.%目的：评价内镜下黏膜切除术治疗大肠广基息肉的临床疗效。方法68例经结肠镜下黏膜切除术治疗的大肠广基息肉患者,分析治疗效果及随访情况。结果68例患者的所有广基息肉均一次性成功切除,5例患者术中少量出血,2例患者术后迟发性出血,经电凝、钛夹夹闭等处理后止血,无穿孔等其他严重并发症。术后3、6、12个月随访复查结肠镜,未见息肉复发。结论内镜下黏膜切除术可用于治疗大肠广基息肉,临床疗效确切,操作简单、安全,同时能提供完整的病理标本。
