Objective To research the function recovery of plate internal fixation and splint external fixation for comminuted distal radius fracture. Methods A total of 100 patients with comminuted distal radius fracture were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 50 cases in each group. Group A received plate internal fixation for treatment, and group B was treated by splint external fixation. Follow-up lasted for 6 months, and regular examination was taken for wrist joint function and rehabilitation exercise. Recovery of wrist joint function after 2, 4, 6 months of treatment and the curative effects of the two groups were observed and evaluated. Results The group B had better clinical effect than group A, and the difference had statistical significance (U=4.0549, P=0.0001). After 2 months of treatment, group B had lower wrist joint function score than group A, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (t=2.2611, P=0.0260). After 4 and 6 months of treatment, group B had higher wrist joint function score than group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of plate internal fixation for comminuted distal radius fracture provides better wrist joint recovery situation than splint external fixation within 2 months after treatment, while splint external fixation provides better function recovery in 4 and 6 months after treatment with good long-term curative effect.%目的：研究桡骨远端粉碎性骨折钢板内固定与夹板外固定术后半年内功能恢复情况。方法100例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者,随机分为A组和B组,各50例。A组给予钢板内固定术治疗；B组采用夹板外固定术治疗。所有患者随访6个月,定期检查腕关节功能并指导康复训练,观察两组患者临床疗效与治疗2、4、6个月后的腕关节功能恢复情况并评估。结果 B组的临床疗效优于A组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(U=4.0549, P=0.0001)。治疗2个月后, B组的腕关节功能评分低于A组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.2611, P=0.0260)；治疗4、6个月后, B组的腕关节功能评分高于A组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折术后2个月内腕关节功能恢复情况优于夹板外固定治疗,但夹板外固定术后4、6个月的关节功能恢复情况较好,治疗远期效果更佳。
