Objective To investigate choice, method, and curative effect of bitamporal corneal limbus tunnel incision in the treatment of cataract after anti-glaucoma surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 36 patients (36 eyes) with cataract after anti-glaucoma surgery. Extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation was performed through bitamporal corneal limbus tunnel incision. Follow-up lasted for 3 month~1 year, and curative effect and complications were observed. Results Patients’ postoperative vision was better than that before operation, and there was no fracture, shrink and scarring of functional filtering bleb. There were 3 eyes with intraoperative posterior capsule rupture, 6 eyes with postoperative transient increasing intraocular tension, 10 eyes with corneal edema, and 12 eyes with different degree of inflammatory exudation. Conclusion It is an ideal method for treating cataract after anti-glaucoma surgery by extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation through bitamporal corneal limbus tunnel incision, and this method is suitable for primary hospital.%目的：探讨抗青光眼术后白内障的切口部位选择,治疗方法和疗效。方法回顾分析36例(36只眼)抗青光眼术后白内障患者,采用颞侧角膜缘隧道式切口行白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入手术,随访3个月~1年,观察患者术后疗效及并发症。结果患者术后视力均较术前明显提高,功能性滤过泡未见破裂、缩小及瘢痕化,术中后囊破裂3只眼,术后一过性眼压升高6只眼,角膜水肿10只眼,12只眼出现不同程度炎性渗出。结论颞侧角膜缘隧道式切口白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,是治疗抗青光眼术后白内障的理想方法,特别适合在基层医院施行。
