慢性牙髓炎治疗中碧兰糊剂一次性根管治疗的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的：研究慢性牙髓炎治疗中碧兰糊剂一次性根管治疗的临床效果。方法174例慢性牙髓炎患者，按随机数字法分为对照组和研究组，各87例。对照组患者采用传统氧化锌丁香油糊剂多次根管治疗，研究组患者采用碧兰糊剂一次性根管治疗。对比两组治疗效果和治疗安全性。结果两组治疗后1、2、3个月的有效率比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组感染率11.5%低于对照组24.1%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率0低于对照组6.9%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性牙髓炎治疗中使用碧兰糊剂一次性根管治疗效果好，感染率、并发症发生率较低，值得临床推广。%ObjectiveTo research clinical effect of cortisomol one-visit endodontics treatment in chronic pulpitis.MethodsA total of 174 chronic pulpitis patients were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 87 cases in each group. The control group received traditional zinc oxide eugenol paste for mutiple-visit endodonti cs treatment. Comparison were made on treatment effect and security in two groups. ResultsThere were no statistically significant difference of effective rate in 1, 2, and 3 months treatment in two groups (P>0.05). The research group had lower infection rate as 11.5% than 24.1% in control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The research group had lower complications rate as 0 than 6.9% in control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionCortisomol one-visit endodontics shows good curative effect in the treatment of chronic pulpitis with low infection rate and complications rate. This method is worth clinical promotion.
