Objective To analyze pathogenic factors of continuous hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 167 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, including 26 patients with continuous hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Analysis was made on factors of continuous hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Results Among patients with continuous hemorrhage, there were 22 cases with irregular hematoma shape and 5 cases without continuous hemorrhage; 23 cases with stroke history and 8 cases without continuous hemorrhage; 7 cases with chronic hepatopathy history and 0 case without continuous hemorrhage; 20 cases with long-term intemperance and 12 case without continuous hemorrhage; 10 cases with coagulation disorders and administration of anticoagulation and 12 cases without continuous hemorrhage. Continuous hemorrhage was correlated with irregular hematoma shape, stroke history, chronic hepatopathy history, long-term intemperance, coagulation disorders and administration of anticoagulation (P<0.05), while it showed no correlation with age and gender. Conclusion As the main cause of disease aggravation, continuous hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage shows its correlation factors as hematoma shape, stroke history, chronic hepatopathy history, long-term intemperance, coagulation disorders and administration of anticoagulation. Quick treatment and appropriate treatment measures for patients with continuous hemorrhage can reduce harm in patients, and decrease their mortality rate and disability rate.%目的：分析高血压脑出血继续出血的致病因素。方法回顾性分析167例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料，其中高血压脑出血继续出血患者26例。分析高血压脑出血继续出血的致病因素。结果继续出血患者血肿形态不规则22例，未继续出血患者5例；继续出血患者卒中病史23例，未继续出血患者8例；继续出血患者慢性肝病史7例，未继续出血患者0例；继续出血患者长期饮酒20例，未继续出血患者12例；继续出血患者凝血功能障碍及服用抗凝剂10例，未继续出血患者2例。继续出血与血肿形态不规则、既往有卒中病史、慢性肝病史、长期饮酒、凝血功能障碍及服用抗凝剂等有关(P<0.05)，与年龄、性别无关。结论临床上高血压脑出血继续出血的发生是患者病情加重的主要原因，其相关因素有血肿的形态、既往有卒中病史、慢性肝病史、长期饮酒、凝血功能障碍及服用抗凝剂等，对于继续出血的患者应该尽快治疗，同时选择合适的治疗方法，减少对患者的伤害，降低致死率和致残率。
