目的：探讨甲状腺全切除术在甲状腺癌外科治疗中的应用价值与合理选择。方法46例甲状腺癌患者，均采用甲状腺全切除术治疗，并联合核素与甲状腺激素抑制剂辅助治疗，术后随访6~12个月，观察临床效果。结果治疗后，显效25例，有效18例，无效3例，总有效率为93.5%。术后并发症发生率为8.7%，其中早期低钙血症3例，暂时性单侧喉返神经麻痹1例，均通过相应治疗后得到缓解。结论甲状腺全切除术外科治疗甲状腺癌可取得较好的治疗效果，掌握好手术适应证、手术技巧及手术适用范围，可有效降低并发症的发生。%Objective To investigate application value and reasonable selection of total thyroidectomy in surgical treatment of thyroid cancer. Methods A total of 46 thyroid cancer patients received total thyroidectomy for treatment, with adjuvant therapy by nuclide and thyroid hormones inhibitors. Postoperative follow-up lasted for 6~12 months to observe clinical effects. Results After treatment, there were 25 excellent cases, 18 effective cases and 3 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 93.5%. Incidence of postoperative complications was 8.7%, along with 3 cases with early hypocalcemia and 1 case with temporary unilateral vocal cord paralysis, which were all relieved after corresponding treatment. Conclusion Total thyroidectomy provides precisely curative effect in surgical treatment of thyroid cancer. Mastering surgical indications, skills and scope of application can effectively reduce occurrence of complications.
