ObjectiveTo investigate clinical value of serum cystatin C (CysC) and conventional renal function detection in monitoring of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients.MethodsThere were 150 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, as 50 cases in each stage of Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Automatic biochemistry/enzyme was applied to detect serum CysC, urea (Ur) and creatinine (Scr) contents for comparison.ResultsThe differences of CysC contents between stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ, stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ, stage Ⅰ and Ⅲ of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients all had statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of Ur and Scr contents between stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ, stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients (P>0.05), while the difference of Ur and Scr contents between stageⅠ and Ⅲ had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionDue to different renal function changes in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients, detection of serum CysC shows better expression of early renal damage than conventional detection of Ur and Scr.%目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)与传统肾功能检测指标在2型糖尿病肾病监测中的临床价值。方法150例2型糖尿病肾病患者,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期各50例,采用全自动生化学/酶法测定各期患者血清CysC、尿素(Ur)、肌酐(Scr)含量,并进行比较。结果2型糖尿病肾病患者Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期、Ⅰ期与Ⅲ期CysC含量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2型糖尿病肾病患者Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期Ur、Scr含量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅰ期与Ⅲ期患者Ur、Scr含量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病肾病患者存在不同程度的肾功能改变,血清CysC测定较传统Ur、Scr监测更能反映患者早期肾损伤。
