双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合四磨汤对儿童厌食症的治疗分析

ObjectiveTo investigate curative effect by bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with Simo decoction in the treatment of infantile anorexia.MethodsA total of 96 children with anorexia were divided by random number table into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received Simo decoction for treatment, and the observation group received additional bifidobacterium triple viable capsule. Comparisons were made on curative effects and abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness before and after treatment between the two groups.ResultsThe observation group had much higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of subcutaneous fat thickness between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). While the observation group had much higher subcutaneous fat thickness than the control group after treatment, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionCombination of bifidobacterium triple viable capsule and Simo decoction can effectively improve curative effect in treating infantile anorexia.%目的：探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合四磨汤对儿童厌食症的治疗效果。方法选取96例厌食症患儿按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，各48例。对照组采用四磨汤进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊。对比两组的治疗效果及治疗前、后腹部皮下脂肪厚度。结果观察组治疗的总有效率明显较对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗前皮下脂肪厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组治疗后皮下脂肪厚度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合四磨汤可有效的提高对儿童厌食症的治疗效果。
