目的：探析孤立性甲状腺结节运用甲状腺侧叶切除术治疗的临床效果。方法102例孤立性甲状腺结节患者为研究对象，根据入院编号分为对照组和观察组，每组51例。对照组给予传统手术治疗，观察组给予甲状腺侧叶切除术治疗。对比分析两组的手术效果。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术，与对照组相比，观察组患者的切口长度、手术时间、住院费用以及术中出血量等各项指标均较好，组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且与对照组比较，术后观察组患者的并发症发生率较低，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用甲状腺侧叶切除术治疗孤立性甲状腺结节，不仅具有手术时间短、出血量少、切口长度短、住院费用低等诸多优点，在一定程度上还能降低并发症发生率，促进患者更快更好地康复，是治疗孤立性甲状腺结节的一种理想术式。%Objective To investigate clinical effect by thyroid lobectomy applied for solitary thyroid nodule. Methods A total of 102 patients with solitary thyroid nodule as study subjects were divided by admission order into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received traditional surgery for treatment, and the observation group received thyroid lobectomy. Operation effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Both groups received successful operation. Comparing with the control group, the observation group had all better indexes of incision length, operation time, hospitalization cost and intraoperative bleeding volume. The differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Comparing with the control group, the observation group had lower incidence of postoperative complications. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical application of thyroid lobectomy in treating solitary thyroid nodule contains advantages of short operation time, few bleeding volume, short incision length, and low hospitalization cost. This method can reduce incidence of complications, and accelerate recovery in patients. It is an ideal operation in the treatment of solitary thyroid nodule.
