拉米夫定治疗肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者的临床护理分析

摘要

Objective To research and analyze clinical nursing measures for liver cirrhosis complicated with hepatogenous diabetes patients treated by lamivudine, in order to improve clinical curative and nursing effect. Methods A total of 146 patients of liver cirrhosis complicated with hepatogenous diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 73 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment and nursing, and the observation group received antiviral therapy by lamivudine and nursing intervention on the basis of their disease condition. Clinical curative and nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The control group had total effective rate as 82.19% and nursing satisfaction degree as 83.56%. The observation group had total effective rate as 91.78% and nursing satisfaction degree as 93.15%. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of lamivudine in antiviral therapy combined with systematic nursing intervention measures provides precise effect in treating liver cirrhosis complicated with hepatogenous diabetes patients. It is worth clinical promoting.%目的：研究并分析拉米夫定治疗肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者的临床护理措施，以提高临床治疗与护理效果。方法146例肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组73例。对照组患者进行常规治疗与护理，观察组患者根据其病情状况运用拉米夫定抗病毒治疗并进行护理干预，对比两组患者的临床治疗与护理效果。结果对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率82.19%、护理满意度为83.56%，观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率91.78%、护理满意度为93.15%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者运用拉米夫定抗病毒治疗配合系统的护理干预措施疗效显著，值得临床推广。
