The Influence of Human Capital Structure on Economic Growth in Northwest China

摘要

To the problem brought that human capital is measured only by the level of education during the study of human capital to north west China, through the introduction of entrepreneurial human capital,this paper builds human capital structure model,substituting the human capital structure model to the human capital externality model,and analyses the model,then making comparison with previous studies of human capital externality model.The results show after the introduction of entrepreneurial human capital effect on economic growth reduces,and in human capital structure,skillful human capital effect on economic growth is far greater than entrepreneurial human capital's,and entrepreneurial human capital inhibits the effect of skillful human capital on economic growth.
