PLA/POE共混物结构与性能研究

     

摘要

PLA/POE blends were prepared via melting method. The structure, melting behaviors and mechanical properties of the blends were investigated using XRD, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and tensile testing machine. XRD showed that POE promoted the crystallization of PLA and induced crystal transition. The crystallization temperature of PLA/POE increased with increasing POE loading, however, the cold crystallization temperature and the melting point of PLA did not change. The elongation at break of PLA/POE blends increased quickly with increasing POE content, but the tensile strength decreased.%通过熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸/乙烯一辛烯共聚物(PLA/POE)共混物,采用X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪和万能材料试验机研究了共混物的结构、熔融和力学性能。结果表明,弹性体POE促进了PLA的结晶,并使得PLA晶体结构发生转变;随着POE含量的增加,PLA/POE共混物在降温过程中的结晶温度逐渐升高,同时在升温过程中PLA/POE共混物开始出现冷结晶,但是对PLA熔点影响不大;与纯PLA相比,PLA/POE共混物的断裂伸长率随着POE含量的增加而迅速增大,但是共混物的拉伸强度有所降低。
