硅氢加成合成环氧改性聚硅氧烷的研究

             

摘要

以含氢环体(HMCS)和烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)为原料在催化剂氯铂酸(HzPtCl4)的作用下,通过硅氢加成反应合成了环氧改性聚硅氧烷。利用红外光谱和核磁共振光谱对加成产物的结构进行了表征。采用化学滴定法测定了未反应活性氢的质量分数,从而确定了HMCS中活性氢的转化率。讨论了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量及原料配比等对活性氢转化率的影响。确定的最佳反应条件为:反应温度为85℃、反应时间为6h、铂催化剂用量为5mg/L、AGE与HMCS摩尔比为1.2/1,此时活性氢的转化率为87.5%。%Epoxy-modified polysiloxane was prepared by hydrosilylation reaction of hydromethylcyclosiloxane (HMCS) and allyl glycidyl ether (AGE) using isopropanol solution of H2PtC16 as a catalyst. The products were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst dosage, and molar ratio of HMCS/AGE on conversion ratio of reactive hydrogen were discussed. It showed that the optimal reaction conditions were reaction temperature of 85 ℃, reaction time of 6 h, catalyst dosage of 5 mg/L, and molar ratio of AGE/HMCS of 1.2/1. The conversion rate of reactive hydrogen was 87.5 %.
