不同发泡剂对高密度聚乙烯/麦秸秆木塑复合材料性能的影响

     

摘要

以碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)和偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,通过热压成型法制备了高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)/麦秸秆发泡木塑复合材料,并对PE-HD/麦秸秆发泡木塑复合材料的性能进行了研究.结果表明,发泡剂可明显改善木塑复合材料的力学性能及吸水性,且AC做发泡剂的改善效果优于NaHCO3;当添加AC含量为1.5%(质量分数,下同)时,PE-HD/麦秸秆发泡木塑复合材料的性能最优,此时材料的洛氏硬度为82.9、拉伸强度为13.0 MPa、吸水率为19.53%、接触角为83.2(°).%This paper reported an investigation on the effect of NaHCO3 and azodicarbonamide (AC)foaming agents on high-density polyethylene (PE-HD)/wheat straw wood-plastic composites.The PE-HD/wheat straw foaming wood-plastic composites were prepared by a hot-pressing method,and their various properties were investigated.The results indicated that the addition of foaming agents into the PE-HD/wheat straw wood-plastic composites could improve the mechanical and water-absorption performance significantly.AC foaming agent exhibited a better modification effect than NaHCO3,and the composites achieved the optimum performance with the Rockwell hardness of 82.9,tensile strengthof 13.0 MPa,water absorption of 19.53 % and water contact angle of 83.2 ° at AC content of 1.5 wt %.
