聚丙烯/四针状氧化锌晶须复合材料的制备与性能研究

     

摘要

以不同偶联剂处理的四针状氧化锌晶须(ZnOw)为改性剂,辅以相容剂通过熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/ZnOw复合材料,研究复合材料的结晶性能和力学性能的同时还考察了ZnOw晶须改性PP复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽胞杆菌的抗菌性.结果表明,偶联剂的种类对复合材料的β晶含量和结晶度基本没有影响,且偶联剂处理不会破坏ZnOw的结构;随着偶联剂改性ZnOw的加入,复合材料的力学性能获得提升;ZnOw晶须可诱导PP生成β晶,且随着晶须含量的增加,β晶的相对含量增大;当ZnOw添加量为4%(质量分数,下同)时,复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽胞杆菌的抗菌率可达50%以上.%Polypropylene (PP)/ZnO whisker composites were prepared with the help of compatilizer,and the ZnO whisker was surface treated by different coupling agents.The mechanical properties,crystallization behaviors and antibacterial performance were investigated.The results indicated that types of coupling agents did not influence the crystallinity and content of β-form crystal of the composite,and the treatment of coupling agents also did not damage the structure of ZnO whisker.The mechanical properties were improved in the presence of surfacemodified ZnO whisker.This may be due to the formation of β crystals induced by ZnO whisker.Moreover,when 4 wt % of surface-modified ZnO whisker was incorporated,the composites exhibit a high sterilization rate up to 50 % against staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and bacillus subtilis.
