    • 摘要: 采用溶液共混法制备聚乳酸/聚己内酯(PLA/PCL)复合材料,研究了四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)对PLA/PCL复合材料的力学性能、形状记忆性能、热稳定性及降解性的影响。结果表明,当PCL质量分数为30%,T-ZnOw质量分数为3%时,PLA/PCL/T-ZnOw复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率较分别提高了40.8%、74.1%,形状记忆性能达到最佳。T-ZnOw赋予了PLA/PCL复合材料一定的抑菌性,同时还促进了复合材料的降解。PLA/PCL/T-ZnOw复合材料较PLA/PCL复合材料的结晶度(X_(C))提高了,形状记忆的固定率明显增加;初始热分解温度降低,残炭量提高。这种具有抑菌性的可降解PLA/PCL/T-ZnOw形状记忆材料在医疗和智能材料领域将有广泛的应用前景。

    • 摘要: 为了提高树脂基复合材料的阻尼及力学性能,通过两步法合成了四针状氧化锌晶须改性树脂基阻尼复合材料.利用动态黏弹谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、万能力学试验机等测试手段,研究了四针状氧化锌晶须含量对复合材料阻尼性能、热稳定性能、拉伸强度、硬度及冲击回弹性能的影响.结果表明:四针状氧化锌晶须的加入有效提高了复合材料的阻尼性能及热稳定性能,改善了其拉伸强度和硬度,但对其冲击回弹性不利;当四针状氧化锌晶须的质量分数达到5%时,复合材料的阻尼及力学性能达到最优.

    • 摘要: 将硬脂酸钠改性四针状氧化锌晶须(Sodium stearate-T-ZnOw)超声分散液引入天然胶乳(NRL)基体中,制备了绿色环保的Sodium stearate-T-ZnOw/橡胶(NR)抗菌医用复合材料.系统研究了Sodium stearate-T-ZnOw/NR复合材料的综合力学性能、抗菌性能和热稳定性能.结果 表明:当Sodium stearate-T-ZnOw含量达3wt%时,Sodium sterate-T-ZnOw/NR复合材料的综合力学性能,相比纯胶,邵尔A硬度,300%定伸应力,拉伸强度,撕裂强度,断裂伸长率,提高了8.6%、25.4%、20.3%、25.6%、6.4%.此时,复合材料的热稳定性能也达到了最大值,相比纯胶,复合材料的起始热降解温度(To)和终止热降解温度(功分别比纯胶的T0和Tf提高了21.2°C和5.9°C.当Sodiumstearate-T-ZnOw含量超过3wt%时,其能在天然胶乳中充分发挥抑制大肠杆菌、金葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌生长的能力,它可以进入细菌细胞,导致细胞壁被破坏,细胞内成分泄漏,细胞死亡.

    • 摘要: 针对目前许多绝缘装置存在的电场分布不均问题,采用具有自适应非线性电导特性的材料进行均压是一种有效手段.本工作使用具备独特三维结构的四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)为无机填料对硅橡胶基体进行填充,制备了不同体积分数的T-ZnOw/硅橡胶复合材料,并对其电导特性、介电性能、拉伸强度进行了测试.研究结果表明:复合材料的逾渗阈值较低,仅为5%(体积分数);当T-ZnOw的体积分数低于5%时,复合材料不具备非线性电导特性;当T-ZnOw的体积分数大于5%时,复合材料具有良好的非线性电导特性;当达到临界场强E0时,复合材料的电导率呈指数增加,且随着T-ZnOw体积分数的增加,复合材料的临界场强E0值逐渐减小.此外,随着T-ZnOw体积分数的增加,复合材料的介电常数增大.加入适当体积分数的T-ZnOw填料有助于改善复合材料的拉伸强度.

    • 摘要: 以不同偶联剂处理的四针状氧化锌晶须(ZnOw)为改性剂,辅以相容剂通过熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/ZnOw复合材料,研究复合材料的结晶性能和力学性能的同时还考察了ZnOw晶须改性PP复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽胞杆菌的抗菌性.结果表明,偶联剂的种类对复合材料的β晶含量和结晶度基本没有影响,且偶联剂处理不会破坏ZnOw的结构;随着偶联剂改性ZnOw的加入,复合材料的力学性能获得提升;ZnOw晶须可诱导PP生成β晶,且随着晶须含量的增加,β晶的相对含量增大;当ZnOw添加量为4%(质量分数,下同)时,复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽胞杆菌的抗菌率可达50%以上.%Polypropylene (PP)/ZnO whisker composites were prepared with the help of compatilizer,and the ZnO whisker was surface treated by different coupling agents.The mechanical properties,crystallization behaviors and antibacterial performance were investigated.The results indicated that types of coupling agents did not influence the crystallinity and content of β-form crystal of the composite,and the treatment of coupling agents also did not damage the structure of ZnO whisker.The mechanical properties were improved in the presence of surfacemodified ZnO whisker.This may be due to the formation of β crystals induced by ZnO whisker.Moreover,when 4 wt % of surface-modified ZnO whisker was incorporated,the composites exhibit a high sterilization rate up to 50 % against staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and bacillus subtilis.

    • 摘要: 目的:研究将四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)和低温等离子体技术(NTP)联合应用对树脂基托性能的影响.方法:实验组向树脂基托中添加1%、3%、5%的T-ZnOw并且用低温等离子体设备照射10min,万能力学试验机检测对机械性能的影响,并检测处理后对基托吸水性和溶解性的作用.结果:与空白对照组和阴性对照组相比,实验组A组弯曲强度、拉伸强度均有所提高(P<0.05),吸水值降低有统计学差异(P<0.05),溶解值无明显改变.结论:T-ZnOw和低温等离子体技术联合应用可改善树脂基托机械性能和物理性能.

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨四针状氧化锌晶须基托复合树脂与传统基托树脂冲击强度及洛氏硬度.方法:称取不同质量的四针状氧化锌晶须和热凝牙托粉,制成四针状氧化锌晶须比例为0%、3%、5%和10%的复合树脂,采用自制模具,将材料分别填塞到模具中,二次加压,热处理后,检测挠曲强度(Flexual Strength,FS)、抗压强度(Compression Strength,CS)和径向拉伸强度(Diametral Tensile Strength,DTS)、洛氏硬度(Rockwell Hardness,HR)和冲击强度(Impact Strength,IS).结果:随着四针状氧化锌晶须添加量的增加,树脂的机械强度、HR和IS呈先升高后降低的趋势,当四针状氧化锌晶须添加量为5%时,其FS、CS、DTS、HR和IS值达到最优,与无添加的基托树脂相比,FS、CS、DTS、HR和IS值分别增加了45.6%、13.6%、40.0%、20.9%和66.7%,并具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:四针状氧化锌晶须的添加量对基托复合树脂的FS、CS、DTS、HR和IS值均有影响,当四针状氧化锌晶须添加量为5%时,其FS、CS、DTS、HR和IS值达到最优.%Objective:To investigate the impact strength and rockwell hardness on tetrapod-like zinc oxide denture base resin and traditional denture base resin.Methods:Tetrapod-like zinc oxide and heat curing denture powder in different qualities were weighted to make tetrapod-like zinc oxide with ratio of 0%,3%,5% and 10% in composite resin.The materials were packed into homemade molds with second pressure.After heating treatment,flexural strength(FS),compressive strength (CS) and Diametral Tensile Strength (DTS),rockwell hardness (HR) and impact strength (IS) were tested.Results:With the increase of tetrapod-like zinc oxide content,the mechanical strength of the resin,HR and IS increased and then decreased.When the tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker content reached 5%,the FS,CS,DTS,HR and IS had optimal values.Compared to traditional denture base resin,FS,CS,DTS,HR and IS values were increased by 45.6%,13.6%,40.0%,20.9% and 66.7% (P<0.05),respectively with a significant difference.Conclusion:The tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker content can affect the values of traditional denture base resin.When the tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker contents reach 5%,the FS,CS,DTS,HR and IS values are optimal.

    • 摘要: 目的:研究在藻酸盐印模材料中添加纳米载银磷酸锆、四针状氧化锌晶须后其物理性能的影响.方法:将2%、5%、10%比例的纳米载银磷酸锆、四针状氧化锌晶须添加到藻酸盐印模材料中,参照相关标准检测其结固时间,压应变等物理性能的变化.结果:在一定地浓度范围内,载银磷酸锆、四针状氧化锌晶须这两种无机抗菌剂对藻酸盐印模材料地物理性能均起到一定地增强作用.在相同质量比下四针状氧化锌晶须对藻酸盐印模材料物理性能的影响优于纳米载银磷酸锆.结论:纳米载银磷酸锆、四针状氧化锌晶须的添加量为5%时,对藻酸盐印模材料的性能最佳,且在此用量下,对藻酸盐印模材料物理性能的增强作用,四针状氧化锌晶须明显地优于纳米载银磷酸锆.%Objective:To study the effect of two antibacterial agents on the physics properties of alginate impression material.Methods:Silver-zirconium phosphate and T-ZnOw are added to alginate impression material respectively by 2%,5%,10%.The antibacterial ratios were tested using a method according to the Chinese and Japanese standards for testing antibacterial efficacy of antibacterial materials.Bacteria strains used testing its fixation time,the change of physical properties such as compressive strain.Results:Two kinds of inorganic antibacterial agent in certain concentration range of alginate impression material physical properties have a certain enhancement effect.With the same quality,T-ZnOw on alginate impression material physical properties is superior to the influence of nanometer zirconium phosphate carrying silver.Conclusion:Silver-zirconium phosphate and T-ZnOw in the alginate impression material in the optimum adding amount was respectively 5%,in the same case,T-ZnOw on the properties of lginate impression physics properties reinforced effect is obviously superior to silver-zirconium phosphate.

    • 摘要: The Tetrapod-like ZnO whisker (T-ZnOw)with unique three-dimensional and tetrapod-shaped struc-ture has characteristics such as material strengthen,antistatic,and microwave absorption.The composite ab-sorbent was prepared by mixing T-ZnOw with phenolic resin.The surface of quartz glass fiber was coated with the composite absorbent to prepare a new type of radar absorbing fiber.The research shows that T-ZnOw as a dielectric loss absorber can effectively improve the wave absorbing property of quartz glass fiber.The resistivity of fiber can influence the absorbing property of fiber,and the ideal fiber resistivity is at 0.21 Ω•cm.the treat-ment temperature can influence the resistivity of fiber and the fiber resistivity is at 0.21Ω•cm,when the treat-ment temperature is 850 °C.Compared with the continuous coating,periodic discontinuous coating can improve the low frequency absorption and broadband wave absorbing of glass fiber.%四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)具有独特的三维四针状结构,具有材料增强、抗静电、吸波性等特性,是一种理想的介电损耗吸收剂.四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw )作为吸收剂、酚醛树脂为粘结剂配制吸波浆料,涂覆在石英玻璃纤维表面,制备新型的吸波纤维布.研究表明,T-ZnOw 作为介电损耗吸收剂,能有效提高石英玻璃纤维的吸波性能;纤维电阻率会影响纤维的吸波性能,理想的纤维电阻率在0.21Ω•cm 左右.调节处理温度可以有效调节纤维电阻率,最佳处理温度为850°C;涂层不连续周期分布纤维相较于涂层连续分布纤维能提高纤维低频吸波性能和宽频吸波性.

    • 摘要: Objective To study the effect of adding Tetrapod⁃like Zinc Oxide Whisker ( T⁃ZnOw) on the antibacterial property of al⁃ginate impression materials. Methods T⁃ZnOw was added into the alginate impression materials in different proportions, including 0%, 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, and 10%. The effect of antibacterial properties on Candida albicans was detected by sticking method. Re⁃sults The experimental group and the control group were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . As the dosage increased, the antibacterial rate increased. When the dosage was as much as 5%, the antibacterial rate was more than 99%. Conclusion Adding T⁃ZnOw can in⁃crease the antibacterial property, and 5% is the optimum dosage.%目的:研究添加四针状氧化锌晶须( T⁃ZnOw)对藻酸盐印模材料抗菌性的影响。方法向藻酸盐印模材料中加入质量分数为0%、1%、3%、5%、7%、10%的T⁃ZnOw,采用薄膜密贴法检测其对白色假丝酵母菌的抗菌效果。结果分析数据可得,实验组与对照组相比均有统计学意义( P<0.05),随着抗菌剂量的增高,抗菌率明显增高,添加抗菌剂质量分数为5%时,抗菌率达99%以上。结论添加T⁃ZnOw可增加藻酸盐印模材料的抗菌性,5%为其最佳添加量。
