聚碳酸酯无卤阻燃剂阻燃机理及其发展趋势

摘要

综述了磷酸酯类、磺酸盐类、有机硅类、无机填料以及磷腈类等聚碳酸酯(PC)常用无卤阻燃剂的特点、阻燃机理以及优缺点,并探讨了阻燃PC材料的发展趋势.开发新型阻燃剂或采用多种阻燃剂复配的方式是满足未来产品对阻燃PC材料要求的主要途径.%This article summarized the characteristics and mechanisms of halogen-free flame retardants commonly used for polycarbonate (PC) resin and also discussed the developing trend of flame-retarded PC compounds.These halogen-free flame retardants could be divided into phosphate ester,sulfonic acid salts,organic silicon,inorganic filler and phosphorus nitrile,and they exhibited their own advantages and limitations.It is believed that the development of new halogenfree flame retardants as well as the combination of different halogen-free flame retardants are main pathways to meet the new requirement of flame-retardant PC products.
