在塑料管挤出过程中,如果能准确实时地测量管的壁厚,并反馈调节机头,能减少塑料浪费,同时获得高质量的产品.对可见光测量管壁厚方法进行改进,通过光学仿真定量地分析测量原理与可行性,并建立可靠、精确的图像采集系统,最后通过图像处理方法测量并校正细管的外径与壁厚.实验证明,此方法具有实时、非接触的优点,对透明或者半透明塑料细管有较高的测量精度.%To reduce the waste of raw materials and improve the quality of products in the process of plastic tubule extrusion, measuring wall thickness accurately and controlling the die was one of the most efficacious methods. In this study, the wall thickness measuring method using visible light was improved. Optical simulation was applied to analyze measuring principle and feasibility. Reliable image acquisition system provided precise images and then executed image processing and correcting system to obtain the wall thickness and diameter of tubule. Experiments indicated this method was real time, untouchable and had high measuring accuracy for transparent or semitransparent plastic tubule.
