摘要

The time integral image of spray field emanating from swirl atomizer is taken by the single-lens reflex camera in this paper. Based on Abel inverse transformation, the time integral images are reconstructed to the 3-D image. The result shows that the liquid film thickness can be obtained from the reconstructed image. The reconstructed image near to the atomizer exit, has a relative high signal to noise ratio, and can be used for quantitative assessment; but the reconstructed image at far downstream of the injector exit can only be used for qualitative analysis due to the strong noise and limitation on resolution.
