沉淀法二氧化硅塑料薄膜开口剂的研制

         

摘要

Using water glass and sulfuric acid as raw materials, the synthesis of plastic membranes of the silica anti-block agent was studied by precipitation method was preparad. On the basis of single factor experiments, the effect of additive concentration, the sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature and the dropping speed on the property of the product were investigated by using the orthogonal test method. The results showed that the optimal condition was: additive concentration was 0. 75 mol/L, the dropping speed of sulfuric acid was 0. 25 mL/s, reaction temperature was 70 ℃ and the sulfuric acid concentration of neutralization reaction was 0. 5 mol/L. The DBP absorbed value of prepared product was 1. 600 7 mL/g. The spectrum line position of IR was in agreement with the standard spectrum of silica. Moreover the crystal was irregular shape by analysis of SEM and XRD and the average size of product was about 10 μm.%以水玻璃和硫酸为原料采用沉淀法合成了二氧化硅塑料薄膜开口剂.在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验考查了添加剂浓度、硫酸浓度、反应温度、硫酸滴加速度对产物性能的影响.实验结果表明:当添加剂摩尔浓度为0.75 mol/L,硫酸滴加速度为0.25 mL/s,反应温度为70 ℃.硫酸摩尔浓度为0.5 mol/L.时得到的二氧化硅塑料薄膜开口剂性能较佳,其邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)吸收值为1.600 7 mL/g.通过红外光谱表征得出产物各特征峰与二氧化硅的标准谱图相符,SEM和X射线衍射表征证明所得产物为无定型二氧化硅,平均粒径约10μm.
