制备了25%玻纤增强PBT材料,通过添加复配增韧剂及特定加工工艺实现该材料的高强度和低熔体质量流动速率.结果表明,通过两种增韧剂复配及低温弱剪切条件下可实现玻纤增强PBT的高强度和低熔体质量流动速率,实现其重复使用率能达到35%以上.%The 25%glass-fiber reinforced PBT material with high strength and low melt flow rate was prepared by blending with toughening agents and special processing technology. Results showed that, through the reaction of two kinds of different toughening agents, the fiber reinforced PBT was with high strength and low melt flow rate in the condition of low temperature and weak shear, the reuse rate could reach at more than 35%.
