The surface tension of different polyolefin resins grafted different polar monomers was not the same,it affected wettability between adhesive resins and metals and then affected adhesive property.Polyolefin grafted with maleic anhydride (MAH) or endic anhydride (XMNA) adhered well on the metal,while epoxy acrylate,epoxy silane and glycidyl methacrylate did not.Different base resin grafted with maleic anhydride (GMA) had a different effect on adhesion strength.HDPE0658,HDPE60550A and HDPE8008 grafted with maleic anhydride had a better adhesive property,HDPE5000S the second.%不同的聚烯烃树脂接枝不同的极性单体的表面张力不同,直接影响了粘接树脂与金属的润湿能力进而影响了粘接性能.马来酸酐(MAH)、降冰片烯二酸酐(XMNA)与聚烯烃接枝可以与金属实现良好粘接,而环氧丙烯酸酯(AA)、环氧基硅烷偶联剂(Silane)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)则对聚烯烃接枝改性后粘接性能没有改善.不同基体树脂接枝马来酸酐(MAH)对粘接强度的影响也不同,高密度聚乙烯(HDPE) 0658、HDPE 60550A和HDPE 8008接枝马来酸酐得到的粘接树脂强度较好,HDPE 5000S次之.
