聚四氢呋喃醚二醇/蓖麻油基聚氨酯脲弹性体的制备与性能

     

摘要

Using renewable castor oil,PTMG-1000,TDI as raw materials,by pre-polymerization method,a series of polyurethane-urea elastomers were prepared.The mechanical properties were tested by electric tensile machine,and DSC and TG was used to analyze the thermal property of the materials.The results showed that:with the increase of PTMG-1000,the tensile strength and tearing strength of the material increased and then decreased,and the elongation at break increased while the hardness showed some reduction.The thermal property of PTMG-1000/castor oil soft segment blend PUU was apparently superior to that of the pure castor oil based PUU.%以可再生的蓖麻油、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG-1000)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,采用预聚体法合成了一系列的聚氨酯脲弹性体(PUU).使用电子拉力机测定了材料的力学性能,并采用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TG)对材料进行了热分析.结果表明,随着PTMG-1000质量分数的增加,材料的拉伸和撕裂强度先增加后降低,断裂伸长率不断增加,硬度有所下降.PTMG-1000/蓖麻油软段共混型PUU的耐热性能明显优于单纯蓖麻油基PUU.
