端巯基乙酸二元醇酯对环氧树脂的改性研究

         

摘要

The toughening modification on E-44/D-230 epoxy resin curing system, with four new types of home-made polysulfide rubber, i. e. , end thioglycolic acid propylene glycol ester, end thioglycolic acid butyl glycol ester, end thioglycolic acid diglycol ester and end thioglycolic acid polyoxyethylene ester as chain extension agent, were investigated. The results showed the impact resistance improved, also the tensile and bending performance enhanced after the chain extension agents were added. The results obtained make a break through compared with the general toughening of liquid polysulfide rubber that reduced other mechanical properties.%以自制的端巯基乙酸丙二醇酯、端巯基乙酸丁二醇酯、端巯基乙酸一缩二乙二醇酯、端巯基乙酸聚乙二醇酯等为扩链剂,对E-44/D-230环氧树脂固化体系进行了增韧改性研究.结果表明,加入该扩链剂后不仅耐冲击性能获得大幅度提高,拉伸、弯曲等力学性能也相应获得了提高.突破了用通用的液态聚硫橡胶增韧环氧树脂以降低其他力学性能为代价的局限.
