基于Moldflow的免喷涂塑料在电水壶外壳上的仿真研究

             

摘要

Base on Moldflow software,the application feasibility of free-painting plastic on the kettle shell was studied.In this paper,a reasonable gate location and the inlet method were set up,and the flow process,front temperature,weld lines and air traps of the free-painting plastic were analyzed through mold flow.The results of the mold flow analysis are accurate and reliable,which provide a professional basis for the feasibility of the free-painting plastic based on Moldflow.%以Moldflow软件为平台,研究了免喷涂塑料在电水壶外壳模具上的应用可行性.设置了合理的浇口位置和进浇方式,通过模流分析,对免喷涂塑料的流动过程、前沿温度、熔接线、困气点等进行了系统分析.经实际试模验证,模流分析的结果是准确可靠的,这为通过模流分析对免喷涂塑料的可行性应用提供了专业依据.
