利用电子束辐照改性尼龙66 (PA66)/聚丙烯(PP)共混体系,研究辐照对PA66/PP共混体系微结构与力学性能的影响.结果表明,电子束辐照能使成纤的PA66与PP的相界面越来越不明显,辐照处理后的PA66与PP几乎相容为一体,表现出良好的界面相容性;PA66/PP共混体系的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度随着辐照剂量增加而先增加后减小;当辐射照量增加到25 kGy时,材料的冲击韧性最好;当辐射照量增加到50 kGy时,拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别增加了16.59%、5.02%.电子束辐照改性PA66/PP共混体系解决了极性的PA66与非极性的PP不易相容复合、复合后性能不够理想的问题,为高性能PA66/PP共混合金的制备与结构性能调控提供了新途径,具有广泛的应用前景.%Electron beam irradiation was used to modify nylon 66 (PA66)/polypropylene (PP) blend.The effects of irradiation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of PA66/PP blends were investigated.And the results show that the interface compatibility between PA66 and PP is improved through irradiation;the tensile strength,flexural strength and impact strength of the blends can be also improved at appropriate irradiation dose range.Therefore,electron beam irradiation modified PA66/PP solves the problems that the polar PA66 and non-polar PP are not compatible with each other and the composite performance is not satisfactory.It is a new approach based on radiation processing for the preparation and structural performance regulation of high performance PA66/PP blends with a wide range of applications.
