PETG/PBT耗材的制备及其3D打印工艺研究

         

摘要

聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)与阻燃性聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)通过熔融共混、挤出得到PETG与阻燃性PBT优缺点互补性强的3D打印耗材,其中PETG和PBT的质量比7:3.差热扫描分析(DSC)表明PETG和PBT两个体系相容性较好.热重分析(TG)表明该PETG/PBT合金的热分解温度在390℃以上.从打印喷头温度、热床温度、打印速度方面对PETG/PBT 3D打印耗材的熔融沉积成型(FDM)打印工艺进行研究.结果表明,打印喷头温度为200 ~ 220℃、热床温度为80~90℃、打印速度为35 ~ 60 mm/s时,其打印效果最佳.%In this study,a novel three-dimensional (3D) printing material combining the merits of polyethylene terephthalate-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (PETG) and flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) was developed through melt blending of PETG and flame-retardant PBT with the mass ratio of 7:3.The results of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) illustrate that two systems of PBTG and PBT are compatible completely.Moreover,as shown in the results of thermogravimetric analysis (TG),the thermal decomposition temperature of the PETG/PBT alloy is above 390 ℃.Furthermore,the factors of the fused deposition modeling (FDM) printing process of PETG/PBT 3D printing material including printing nozzle temperature,hot bed temperature and printing speed were investigated carefully.And the results demonstrate that the printing efficacy is the best when the printing nozzle temperature of 200 ~220 ℃,the hot bed temperature of 80 ~90 ℃ and the printing speed of 35 ~60 mm/s.
