废弃CDA丝束改性PLA共混体系及性能研究

     

摘要

以废弃二醋酸纤维素(CDA)烟嘴丝束改性聚乳酸(PLA),同时以CDA和PLA的接枝共聚物(CDA-gPLA)为相容剂,通过共混制备了PLA/CDA复合材料.分别通过红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪、拉伸和冲击性能测试对样品结构、热性能和力学性能进行了测定.结果表明,在CDA-g-PLA含量为15%,CDA含量为30%时,PLA/CDA的弹性模量和破坏载荷分别较纯PLA提高了89.3%和59.0%,废弃CDA烟嘴丝束可以明显提高PLA的拉伸性能.%Polylactic acid (PLA)/cellulose diacetate (CDA) composite material was prepared with abandoned cigarette filter CDA tow as the modifier and PLA grafted CDA as the compatilizer.The structure,thermal and mechanical properties were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry,tensile and impact properties testing,respectively.The results show that the tensile properties of PLA could be reinforced by abandoned CDA tow as follows:with the CDA-g-PLA content of 15% and the CDA content of 30%,the elastic modulus and failure load of PLA/CDA composites were 89.3% and 59.0% higher than pure PLA respectively.
