人工周期疗法联合小剂量甲状腺素片治疗卵巢早衰的疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察人工周期疗法联合小剂量甲状腺素片治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效.方法:选择我院2008年5月-2011年9月住院接受治疗的卵巢早衰患者45例作为研究对象,按照随机分组原则将所有患者分为治疗组与对照组,其中治疗组25例,采用人工周期疗法+小剂量甲状腺素片联合治疗；对照组20例单用人工周期疗法治疗.结果:治疗组痊愈且血清促性腺激素(FSH)接近正常者15例,有效10例,总有效率为100.00％；对照组痊愈10例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率为85.00％,2组有效率比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)；2组患者治疗前3 d FSH水平比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05),治疗后第7天、第1个月、第3个月FSH、雌二醇(E2)水平比较均有显著性差异(P＜0.05),3个月后2组患者FSH、E2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗期间2组均未见严重不良反应发生.结论:人工周期疗法联合小剂量甲状腺素片治疗卵巢早衰疗效显著,安全性好.%OBJECTIVE: To observe clinical efficacy of artificial cycle therapy combined with small-dose ofThyroid hormone tablets in the treatment of premature ovarian failure. METHODS: 45 cases of premature ovarian failure in our hospital during May 2008 -Sep. 2011 as subject investigated were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 25 patients in treatment group received artificial cycle therapy combined with a little dose of Thyroid hormone tablets. 20 cases of control group were given artificial cycle method treatment only. RESULTS: 15 cases of treatment group were cured and FSH of them were back to normal, and there were 10 effective cases. 10 patients in control group were cured, the effective rate was 100.00% and there were 7 effective cases and 3 ineffective cases, the effective rate was 85.00%, the effective rate of 2 groups had significant difference (P0.05), and FSH and E2 of 2 groups had significant difference at 7th day, 1st month and 3rd month after treatment (P0.05). No severe ADR was found in 2 groups during treatment. CONCLUSION: Artificial cycle therapy combined with small-dose of Thyroid hormone tablets has an obvious effect on premature ovarian failure with good safety.
