糙叶败酱药材中异白花败酱醇的定性定量分析

         

摘要

目的:建立糙叶败酱药材中异白花败酱醇的定性和定量分析方法.方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法定性鉴别糙叶败酱药材中的异白花败酱醇;采用反相高效液相色谱法测定其含量,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse plusC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-磷酸水溶液(pH2.5) =7:93,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30 ℃.结果:糙叶败酱药材中异白花败酱醇的TLC鉴别特征明显,专属性好;异白花败酱醇的进样浓度在0.2~1.2 mg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为98.8%,RSD=2.84% (n=9).结论:所建分析方法准确、可靠,可用于糙叶败酱的质量控制.%OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of isovillosol in Patrinia scabra. METHODS: Isovillsol in Patrinia scabra was identified by TLC. The content of isovillosol was determined by RP-HPLC. The determination was performed on Agilent Eclipse plus Cib(250 mmx4.6 mm, 5 um)column with mobile phase consisted of acetoni-trile-phosphoric acid solution (pH=2.5,7 :93) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 210 run and column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS: Isovillosol has an obvious character in the result of TLC. There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.2~1.2 mg. mL-1(r=0.999 7). The average recoveries were 98.8% (RSD=2.84% , n=9). CONCLUSION: The established method is accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the quality control of P scabra.
