Objective:To establish a method for the determination of total organic carbon ( TOC) in spring water. Methods:The TOC in spring water from ten different spots was determined by a wet oxidation-nondispersive infrared gas test method. Results: The detection limit of the method was 0. 044 3 mg·L-1 , and the content of TOC in spring water from different spots were relatively high. Conclusion:Wet oxidation-non dispersive infrared gas test method shows such properties as simple operation, low cost, high sensitivi-ty, concrete data and good parallelism, which meets the requirements of TOC monitoring in environmental water samples.%目的:建立泉水中总有机碳( TOC)含量测定方法。方法:采用湿化氧化法-非色散红外气体检测法对10个不同采样点的总有机碳进行定量分析。结果:该方法检测限为0.0443 mg·L-1,泉水各采样点总有机碳含量偏高。结论:湿化氧化法具有操作简单、成本较低、灵敏度高,数据稳定,平行性好,能满足环境水样中TOC项目的监测要求。
