155例乳腺外科Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防用抗菌药物调查分析

摘要

Objective To study the rationality of preventive antimicrobials use during perioperative period in type Ⅰ incision breast operations. Methods The data of medication of two patient groups with type Ⅰ incision breast operations in Febrtuary,2009 (pre-intervention)and May,2010 (post- intervention) were collected and compared by using Excel 2007 and SPSS 17.0 softwares. Results The use rate of antimicrobials before and after intervention were 100％ and 75％ respectively, showing statistical difference between them(P＜ 0. 05).The eligible rate of preventive antimicrobials use was significantly increased. Conclusion The intervention measures are effective and feasible.%目的 探讨干预前后医院乳腺手术Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防用抗菌药物的合理性.方法 随机选取干预前(2009年2月)和干预后(2010年5月)乳腺外科Ⅰ类切口手术出院病历,进行统计学分析和对照研究.结果 干预前后抗菌药物使用率分别为100%和75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后围手术期抗菌药物预防使用合格率明显上升.结论 医院干预措施有效、可行.
