基层医院住院患者抗菌药物使用分析

摘要

Objective To analyze tbe usage of antimicrobial agents on inpatients in primary bospital to provide reference for furtber standardization of antibacterial drug use. Methods Witb tbe retrospective survey metbod,1 500 medical records of in patients dis-cbarged from tbe bospital from November 2013 to Marcb 2014 were randomly selected in order to make a survey and statistics ranging from antimicrobial agents usage,select of varieties,combined use,tbe intensity of use,cost,perioperative period medicine treatment and type Ⅰincision surgery propbylaxisp. Analyze tbe use of antibacterial drug according to tbe“Principles on guiding tbe clinical applica-tion of antimicrobial agents”and relevant materials. Results Tbere were some irrational usages of antimicrobial drug use,witb tbe representation of not reasonable treatment course,drug use witbout indication,not reasonable dosage or metbod,cbanging of drug varieties witbout any basis,not reasonable drug combination,improper drug cboice and repeated drug use,etc. Conclusion Tbe primary bospital sbould furtber improve tbe management of rational use of antimicrobial agents to effectively prevent tbe unreasonable use of antimicrobials.%目的：分析基层医院住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况，为进一步规范抗菌药物使用提供依据。方法采用回顾性研究方法，随机抽取某院2013年11月至2014年3月住院患者出院病历共1500份，从抗菌药物使用率、品种选择、联合用药、使用强度、费用、围手术期用药疗程和Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药等情况进行调查、统计，根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》和有关文献资料，分析抗菌药物使用情况。结果抗菌药物使用存在不合理现象，表现为疗程不合理、无指征用药、给药剂量或用法不合理、更换品种无依据、联用不合理、选药不当和重复用药等。结论基层医院住院患者抗菌药物需进一步完善合理应用管理计划，以有效防止抗菌药物的不合理使用。
