基于成本最低的海上丛式井平台位置优选新方法

             

摘要

海上丛式井平台位置优选直接影响油田经济开发效益, 而以钻井总进尺最小兼顾钻井难度的方法不能完全反映钻完井成本的高低.鉴于此, 考虑影响钻完井投资的因素 (井深、工期及其他现场因素) , 依据丛式井分类方法, 按照标准测算其他因素引起的钻完井费用, 建立了目标油田钻完井总投资函数, 将其作为成本最低优选平台位置的基础条件.在"最小进尺法"与"权重法"的基础上, 合理划分平台位置分布边界, 利用网格法确定可能的平台位置, 并在井型分类和井眼轨迹设计的基础上利用钻完井投资目标函数测算对比可能平台位置的钻完井投资, 优选出成本最低的位置作为最终平台位置, 建立了以费用最低优选平台位置的新方法.应用实例表明:基于成本最低优选的平台位置钻完井投资比最小进尺法优选的平台位置钻完井投资减少约2 000万元.研究结果可为丛式井的平台位置优选提供新思路.%The proper location selection of the offshore cluster well platform directly affects the development economic benefits of the oilfield. The method of minimizing the total drilling footage and the difficulty of drilling cannot fully represent the cost of drilling and completion. To address the problem, considering the factors affecting the drilling and completion investment ( well depth, construction time and other onsite factors) , based on the cluster well classification method, and by counting the drilling and completion costs caused by other factors according to the standards, the total investment function of the drilling and completion of target oilfield is established. The function is used as the basis for the minimum cost based platform location selection. On the basis of the"minimum footage method"and the "weight method", the platform position distribution boundary is reasonably divided. The grid method is used to determine the possible platform position. The drilling and completion investments under potential platform locations are calculated and compared using drilling and completion investment function on the basis of well type classification and well path design. The preferred platform position with minimum cost is determined. A new platform location selection method is established according to the minimum cost. The case study shows that the drilling and completion investment based on the new method is about 20 million RMB less than that based on the platform location with minimum footage. The study results can provide a new idea for the platform location selection of cluster wells.
