海上油田丛式井平台位置优化方法研究与应用

             

摘要

针对以钻井总进尺为依据选择海上油田丛式井钻井平台位置的方法存在无法完全反映钻井时间和费用的问题,通过对定向井钻井难度评价,开展了定向井钻井难度系数与机械钻速变化规律以及造斜段与稳斜段机械钻速变化规律的研究,确定了平台位置所对应的总钻井时间,并在此基础上建立了以钻井时间和费用为标准的海上油田丛式井平台位置优化方法.应用实例计算表明,本文所建立的海上油田丛式井平台位置优化方法可有效节约钻井成本,有利于高效开发海上油气田.%The method of choosing the platform location of cluster well in offshore oilfields on the basis of drilling footage cannot fully reflect the drilling time and cost.Based on the difficulty evaluation for direc-tional drilling,we carried out research on the law of ROP variation with directional drilling difficulty in-dex,and that in the building section and holding section,hence having determined the total drilling time corresponding to various platform locations.Furthermore,the platform location optimization methodology for cluster wells in offshore oilfields was developed,which takes the drilling time and cost as the criteria. Application cases show that the method can save the drilling cost effectively,and contribute to the efficient development of offshore oilfields.
